Kaleb Riley
About Me: I grew up in a small town in Indiana called Bluffton. I continued my education at
Indiana University South Bend, where I also played collegiate baseball. While earning my degree
in Business Administration, I worked full time, starting in an entry level position and ultimately
advancing to Branch Manager by the time I graduated.
After many years of experiencing harsh winters with heavy snowfall, I knew I wanted to relocate
to a warmer climate. In the summer of 2025, I moved to Gilbert, Arizona to be with my fiancée,
and to enjoy the Arizona weather. I also felt motivated to surround myself with like minded
Kaleb Riley was my Project Manager, he is the reason Weather-Titr Roofing is getting a 5 Star Review. There was a snag getting the Roof Replacement scheduled after paying the deposit and signing the contract. Thanks to Kaleb's persistence he did get it booked, from there the job moved smoothly up until the roofing crew made a few errors in their cleanup process after the roofi g was completed. Once again Kaleb Immediately and Promptly jumped on the situation and saved the day. Kaleb is the reason for the 5 Stars, if it were not for Kaleb staying on top of the process from start to end this job would have gotten a 3 Star Review. Weather-Tite is Very Fortunate to have such a caring and hard working Project Manager in Kaleb!
Kaleb did a free roof inspection and was very thorough and honest. He offered a reasonable price for the roof repairs, and the work done was quality and professional. Great communication and overall a great experience. Highly recommend.
