Caleb Cargle
I’m an entrepreneur and business builder who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and creating long-term value. In 2009, I co-founded Clearly Kombucha, an organic beverage company, and grew it into a national brand that was acquired by Molson Coors in 2018. Before that, I worked as a research assistant at Stanford Graduate School of Business, where I developed an appreciation for how great companies are built, and how leadership impacts outcomes.
What excites me about this opportunity is that success ultimately comes down to serving people well, building, trust, and following through on commitments. I enjoy being outside meeting customers and helping them solve real world problems. My experience as a founder taught me resilience, communication, and how to stay calm under pressure. I’m passionate about continuous learning and believe the best results come from showing up consistently, working hard, and putting the customer first.
